How data is used.

Fern Fields collects the information needed to answer enquiries, administer bookings, prepare stays, receive payments and meet administrative obligations.

Typical data

Name, contact details, stay dates, guest count, selected accommodation, messages and payment/transaction information needed to manage the booking.

Website statistics

Fern Fields uses privacy-conscious traffic measurement to understand which pages are viewed. The private reporting counter stores only the time, page path and, when available, the referring domain name. It does not store IP addresses or a persistent visitor identifier.

Service providers

The website and booking journey may use technical service providers, including Vercel for website hosting and analytics, Supabase for the private traffic counter and statistics access, and Beds24 for availability and reservation management. External booking platforms also apply their own privacy policies.

Retention

Personal data is retained only for as long as needed to administer the stay and meet applicable administrative, accounting or legal obligations.
