Key booking and stay terms.

Operator

Fern Fields Naturist Retreat is operated by Charles Mark Leopold Baete, Entrepreneur individuel (EI), SIRET 892 354 903 00015.

Bookings & arrhes

For the gîte, bell tents and rental caravans, 30% arrhes are required to confirm every booking. For guests bringing their own tent, caravan or motorhome, 1–2 night stays may be paid on arrival; stays of 3+ nights require 30% arrhes.

Where payment is required, dates are held for 24 hours. If the arrhes are not received within that period, the dates may be released for sale.

Balance & payment methods

The remaining balance is payable on arrival by cash or bank transfer. Fern Fields does not accept card payments.

Long stays

A 10% discount applies to stays of 7 nights or more.

Rates & fees

Tourist tax is included. Cleaning fees and extra-guest supplements are shown for the selected accommodation. Optional electricity for guests bringing their own setup is subject to the availability of five shared hook-ups.

Arrival & departure

Rental accommodation: check-in 14:00–21:00, checkout by 11:00. Own tent, caravan or motorhome: check-in from 12:00, checkout by 11:00.

Respect for the retreat

Fern Fields is clothing optional. All guests must respect the privacy, comfort and personal boundaries of others.

These terms describe Fern Fields’ confirmed commercial rules. They do not limit mandatory consumer rights under applicable law.
