Arrhes, holds and cancellations.

Where required, 30% arrhes confirm the booking. Dates are held provisionally for 24 hours while payment is awaited.

Cancellation up to 7 days before arrival is free and arrhes paid are refunded. For cancellation within 7 days of arrival or a no-show, the arrhes are retained.

If Fern Fields has to cancel a confirmed stay, the guest will be contacted and any refund will be handled in accordance with applicable law.
